What is Salvation?

Before we begin to think about salvation, we need to think about creation. Who is God, who are humans, how and why did God create them, how and why He communicates with His creatures.

Christians think that man is the center of everything, God created, and God would do anything to be accepted by man. All Church denominations teach that it is okay to be a sinner. They teach that salvation requires only to accepting Jesus and worshiping God only consists of singing songs to Him, and people think that Jesus is tickled by it and save these singing sinners just the way they are, and just because they accepted Him as their Lord and Savior, and no works are required, just faith.

Faith which meaning that Jesus died for all sinners, - and that is all what it takes to be saved.

They proudly teach that sinners need to admit and confesses their sins periodically, but they can keep on sinning, as long as they are sorry for sinning, God forgives them any time they ask. They insist that men can't stop sinning, because humans have a sinful nature, and sin is part of who they are. So God knowing this is more than willing to forgive, and He will keep on forgiving as long as men will keep on admitting and confessing.

The mentality of believers is that people are the center of Godís heart, and Jesus is The Servant who had to die because people are so worthy of His death, so important in God's eye. They believe that to save humans Jesus had to become a human to know how to relate and understand what it is to human. Somehow they think that since Jesus was a man He knows how hard is to be one, that He understands temptation, and sinfulness, and He has so much compassion, that it barely bothers Him to see humans sinning as long as they try not to sin, but when it happens, He understands, and He is more than happy to keep on forgiving while they keep on sinning, as long as they confess. The only requirement He has is for humans to be honest enough to admit and confess every time they sin. As long as they do that they are saved. Because people are the center of God's eye, it is all about people, that is why Jesus became a man, as if only to sympathize with men. It sounds very inviting, very easy to become saved, but it is contrary to the truth found in the bible.

The truth is the very opposite.

Jesus is the center, and it is all about Jesus, and about becoming like Jesus, because people are made on His spiritual image. The spiritual likeness of God in man has died because of sin, and Jesus came to make it possible for people to be born again on His image, and to become like Him again. It is all about becoming sinless like Jesus.

They teach that we inherit a sin from Adam, and in baptism He is freeing us of that so called "original sin of Adam". But the truth of the matter is that there is no such thing as an "original sin" in us.

We did not inherit sin, what we did inherit, is a spiritual death. Rom 5:12 "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, in this way death spread to all men, because all sinned."

1Co 15:22 "For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive."

ďAllĒ does not mean all who were baptized in water, it mean all who have been baptized by the Spirit of Jesus Christ, who have all His commandments and who are keeping them, J.14:21.

Joh 15:10 "If you keep my commandments you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and remain in his love."

Baptism of water alone will not do it. The requirement is for us to become just like Jesus through His Spirit.

Baptism cannot wash away death, while we are little babies or while we are not fully aware of sin, and all God commandments. Jesus didnít die to give us a everlasting life just like that outside of our awareness, and without our effort. He died to forgive us our sin, and give us a chance to be born again after we fully realize our transgressions, after we repent, and call on His name. We have to die to sin by conscientious denial, by rejection, by turning away from sin and by receiving Christ with His teachings. If we donít embrace His teachings and His commandments and live by them, He cannot save us only because we say, we love Him.

John 14:21 ďHe who had my commandments and keeps them, he is who loves meĒ

Baptism of water as well as baptism of the Spirit is for adults, who fully understand what sin is, and what salvation is all about, and what means to be born again of the Spirit. In baptism we are making a conscientious and willful decision for our selves, which no one can do for us while we are a babies.

John the Baptist didnít baptized children, who donít understand what sin is, that brings an everlasting death. He baptized adult sinners who understood what is everlasting death, and hell all about, who were confessing their sins in hope for forgiveness and everlasting life.

Matthew 3:11 "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

We are born to this world spiritually dead with selfish and evil nature. The only hope in us is a voice of conscience calling us to be born again to the likeness of Christ. But most people do not listen to their conscience. Conscience is a voice of conviction, but people replaced conscience with selfish common sense and by doing this their conscience becomes defiled. Because common sense works with manís sinful desires, but conscience opposes manís sinful desires. People are mistaking common sense for conscience.

When God created Adam on His own image, He created him on the image of Jesus, but Adam failed to remain in that image, - he sinned. His perfect nature become defiled, overshadowed with spiritual death. Adam nature become an evil.

And when Jesus came to this world, His nature was alive He was The Image to show, teach and give an example of how man needs to change in order to become image of God ones again. And the only way was to be spiritually born again, by embracing Jesus guidance toward that rebirth by His Spirit.

But they didn't receive Him, they killed Him. Jesus spoke to our conscience and testified about the need to be born out of the conscience, onto God. But those who killed Him didnít have any conscience, and couldnít receive Him.

Human conscience is a dwelling place of the Holy Spirit ministering to the soul in order to give her life and save from the bondage of sin. Because only he who is born again has authority over sin, and temptation has no power over him, he become a child of God is righteous and sins not.

John 1:9-14 "That was the true Light which gives Light to every man coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."

Receiving Christ means to receive His words of conviction, words of His teachings, and commandments. After we receive life through His Spirit, we shall be able to resist sin, and remain sinless like Jesus. That is the purpose of baptism in the Spirit to die to old sinful nature and to be born in new sinless nature.

John 3:3-9 "Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?" Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. "Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' "The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."

That means without becoming like Jesus, being washed of sin by His blood, and restored to life by His Spirit, become sinless like Christ, be truly an image of Christ, no one will see the Kingdom of God.

John 14:23-24 "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him."

1.John 3:7-8 "Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning"

Religious Christians say that they are saved and born again, because they accepted Jesus into their life, but to the same time they are still a sinners. Problem is that people say one thing and do another. They want Jesus, but they donít want to give up the pleasure of sin, the freedom to sin, they donít want to practice self discipline, they donít want do deny themselves and all that makes their life easy.

The biggest problem for religious sinner is to consider that the doctrines that they trusted in their whole life is wrong, that their tradition is vain and not of God. People love their traditions. They love to celebrate Christmas for the sake of the tree, Santa Clouse and gifts, not for Christ sake. They proudly say they worship Jesus Christ on Christmas, but they worship own pleasure of celebrating Christmas, just as they worship the pleasure of celebrating Halloween. And so is the whole faith in Christ, it is all about saying one thing and doing another.

Many religious people see Jesus as a vulnerable little Child on the lap of the powerful Mother Of God,. Others see Jesus as a fellow servant, a heroic victim who didn't mind dying to open Heaven to all sinners who would choose to go there. Religious people think, God is Love and he sends no one to hell. Hell is only for some devil worshipers, those who volunteer to go there. Many other Christians do not believe that there is a hell. Since God is love He could not create hell, and send people there.

But that is how they want to perceive God, not how God really is. Religion made a puppet out of God, they made God on their own image.

Isn't that an irony? How clever the devil is, to offer to the human mind an image of God, which satisfies the expectations of human sinful nature, and by taking one verse out of context and leading people into a corruptive perception of God. By over emphasizing that "God is love" makes people believe there is no hell and the misleading perception is that there is no punishment for sin since "God forgives" as ďthe bible saysĒ. The God of peopleís imaginations is a false god, and the Jesus in peopleís imaginations is not the same who died on the cross. And God Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth with all His attributes is replaced with a god of maní imagination. It is exactly like when Mary appeared in many places as the mother of God, is not the same Mary who gave the virgin birth to Jesus Christ, The Son of God. The Mary of the visions is a product of peopleís imagination and people expectations. And peopleís imagination is the devilís arena of deception. That's all there is to it

Didnít Jesus rebuke demons out of children? Yes He did. Devil can use children as well as an adults.

2Co 11:14 csb "And no wonder! For Satan himself is disguised as an angel of light."

The truth is, that as God is Love, He also is just and a vengeful God, He repays everyone with wrath for disobedience; the Bible clearly explains this in the Old as well as the New Testament. The devil has equal access to children as to adults, and hell is a real place where every unclean thing will be burned, because there is no room in the heavenly Kingdom for anything unclean.

People speak of Jesus with little regard, as if He was a common man, who can be manipulated by peopleís feelings and emotions, who only has blessings and unlimited love, and He ceaselessly pours out blessings just for the asking without conditions or commandments.

They call Him Lord, but they don't mean it, they don't regard Him as a Lord, but He ask them:

Luk 6:46 "Why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' and don't do the things I say?"

They don't fear His Words, because they were softly spoken, they donít consider them as a decisive commandments. He said that His Words will judge people on the last day, but people do not believe that.

Joh 12:48 csb "The one who rejects Me and doesn't accept My sayings has this as his judge: the word I have spoken will judge him on the last day."

People believe in Jesus, but do not believe His words! They do accept Jesus, but they do not obey His words.

He had spoken about Hell, but people do not believe that there is a hell.

Luk 13:28 csb "There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth in that place, when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God but yourselves thrown out."

Jesus spoke about hell, but people don't think He meant it seriously. People believe selectively, what they like to believe, and people reject what they donít like to be the truth, even out of Jesusí lips.

They take Jesus as a bed time story, "once upon a time very long ago there was a man, and his name was Jesus, He loved everybody so much that He died to make sure everybody will be happy..., the only thing people need to do is to love Him back, and all those who love Him will go to heaven happy forever and ever...". People listen to the Gospel as if it were an ancient story, NOT as a teachings and WARNING, not as the commandments of God, but as a legends or fairy tale. They are unaware that Jesusí patience and mercy will end soon, that He is about to come as a judge, as a rigorous King of kings and Lord of lords. He is coming for the harvest, to reap fruit of His teachings, and everything what is fruitless will be burned with fire. He said He will do it, and no one will have an excuse.

Matthew 7:19-21 "Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. "Therefore by their fruits you will know them. "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven."

John 15:5-6 "I am the vine, you [are] the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned."

Matthew 13:49-51 "So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just, "and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth." Jesus said to them, "Have you understood all these things?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."

And the judgment will begin with teachers who failed to be a fruitful and righteous and failed to teach the truth of righteousness and fruitfulness.

1.Peter 4:17-18 "For the time is come for judgment to begin at the house of God: and if it begin first at us, what shall be the end of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and sinner appear?

Joh 5:24 J. 5:24 asv (24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believeth him that sent me, hath eternal life, and cometh not into judgment, but hath passed out of death into life.

In order to turn around we need to understand who we really are, and who we really need to be. Human nature is more like that of animals than we want to admit, we, humans feel so superior to animals, but that is the pride of man. The truth of the matter is that humans who are living according to the carnal law of instinct, in many aspects are very much like animals, and in many others even much worse than animals.

Humans are like dogs, you can pet a dog as long as you are giving him the bone which you have in your hand, he will do all kind of tricks to get that bone, but once he has it, don't try to take it away from him, he will bite you. People are like dogs, very nice and friendly as long as they have what they want, but in hostile circumstances they are vicious especially when facing danger and fear. People are very much like dogs, and worse. History is a witness to what man is capable of, but we are not attuned and not willing to see it as it is. Humans can do to each other much worse evil then animals. Unlike animals human can plot, and destroy other humans just for fun or revenge and satisfaction. Today we are living in a very sophisticated society with high demand for pleasure, and elegant behavior, because of the very luxurious life conditions, high education, and highly developed common sense, pleasing others to be pleased by them back. But let the light go out for few days, let the law be not in place, what do people do? The worse comes out of them in an instant, they go to steal and plunder, especially when they are hungry, and in need. And those who are in fear will kill in defending their lives and belonging without a second thought. The Bible is telling us that the worst a what human can do to each other will happen at the very end of time. Carnal humans are capable of unthinkable acts.

Matthew 10:21-22 "Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father [his] child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved."

Matthew 24:21-22 "For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short"

Maybe it will be somewhat extreme to give such example but it will be very important to be realistic, and mention cannibalism, how human are capable to act animal alike and to the very extreme. There was much more cases of cannibalism in history of humanity then the historians would want to realize and admit.

There is well known true story of plain crash in the mountains of Chile in 1972. Plane with 45 young man and women, a team of sport group. Sixteen of them survived seventy two days eating raw flesh of twenty nine dead friends who died in that crash, and not one of the sixteen refused to eat. Notice, they were mentaly healthy, regular young people. They were rescued, and it was impossible for them to hide the fact that they turn into cannibalism for the fear of death - that is animal instinct of egotism, to survive by any cost, which was stronger than the fear of God In the very old times women boiled and eat their own children (2. Kings 6:25-29).

In the past there was told many stories of cannibalism during the war times, and many more stories were never told, but kept secret, erased from history, and memory, well hidden for the fear of condemnation.

The reality is that human ability to reason is capable of justifying unthinkable evil. In that interview one of the survivals explains why it was okay for him to eat death human body, as if he had an every right to do it, and there was nothing to it.

From history we know how Hitler convinced millions of followers that it is alright to go invade and kill millions of people to take their land, possessions and to prosper on their expense. The human abilities to reason and speak is capable to believe and convince others that evil is not really evil, but necessity, and good is relevant thing, whatever is profitable for us is good, no matter how others will suffer, what really matters is us, to get what we need.

Today in peaceful times of plenty and prosperity when public law is in place, people still do so much evil to each other, like for example a domestic violence, mental, physical, emotional and sexual abuse. And so many get away with it, they know the risk, and yet they are taking it, because they can't help their evil nature, but have to be evil. What would it be like if there were no public law enforcement? Since with the worldly law so many people get away with so much crime, and so many suffer abuse and pain out of their own relatives, what would there be in time of famine, great depression and without the worldly law enforcement?

Humans have shown many faces of evil, but the worst is yet to come. The worse will come to pass, as the bible is prophesying about the end times. When he comes to power, the son of perdition, when he comes to the place of highest authority in the land, in this world, he will show, and he will bring the worse out of every man walking on the face of this earth who is not born again by the baptism of the Holy Spirit. He will perform much greater than Hitler brutality and he will be loved much more than Hitler was. Germans, they did love him at that time, at the beginning before the war started. Of cause that love changed to hate, but it was too late.

Under his leadership all carnal humans are going to deceive, abuse, kill, ruin, and eat one another as they never done before, even in Hitler times. It is coming on the last generation, hopefully you and I will not be one of them. Hopefully you and I will not be a victim of them either. There will be much tribulation in this world, but God's protection will be with those who are faithful to God's law, with those who ďendure to the endĒ

Mark 13:19-20 "For in those days there will be tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, nor ever shall be. And unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days."

Only he who is born again by God's Spirit, who has new nature, is sinless and righteous, only he is elect, and will be saved from the wrath of God, which is coming upon all sinners.

Jesus came to save us from ourselves, that is from our evil nature, hidden deep in everyone who lives under the law of instinct, who is not born again in Spirit to new holy sinless and selfless nature.

I really hope that makes sense to you, that you will sit back and think about yourself, about your beliefs and your everlasting destiny, that you are preparing for yourself here on earth.

Mat 7:21 "Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but he that does the will of my Father who is in the heavens." John 14:21 ďHe who has My commandments and keeps them, he is the one who loves Me, and I will love him, and I will disclose Myself to himĒ

He who chooses to follow Jesusí commandments, His teachings recorded within the Gospel, he will receive a gift of the Spirit who will make it a tangible, and really a guidance from the Word of God. He who will chooses to give up his selfish nature and surrender to God's Spirit, to His conviction and His baptism, he will receive new nature to become a child of God and find a dwelling place in secret place of the Most High, Almighty God, and Father to all who find themselves an orphan in this world.

Ps.91:1-7 "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust." Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler. And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth [shall be your] shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, [Nor] of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction [that] lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; [But] it shall not come near you"
